Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied and need to return merchandise, we will give you a full in-store credit or a partial refund, provided you follow these procedures:

  • All items must be returned within 14 days of invoice date.
  • Sale merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Special orders are non returnable which includes Diamonds and Gemstones.
  • Items that are worn, altered, engraved, or size adjusted are non refundable.
  • All merchandise must be returned in original condition and accompanied by the purchase invoice, including original packaging, envelopes, bags, and boxes.
  • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Package merchandise securely, insure it, and ship it “Attention Customer Service”. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if the package is lost, stolen, damaged, or mishandled.
  • Return Policy Notice: When returning merchandise, you may choose between a full in-store credit or a partial refund. Please note that any credit card or debit card processing fees, as well as handling charges incurred at the time of purchase, are non-refundable. As a result, if you opt for a refund, you will receive the purchase price of the merchandise only, excluding these fees.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all products within Canada.
  • Delivery Time: All deliveries are shipped express and will take approximately 2-5 business days.
  • Handling Fees: Refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed packages will be charged a 10% handling fee on your purchases, plus postage.
  • Verification: All orders are subject to verification and must be shipped to a single address.
  • Delivery Delays: DIAMANI Fine Jewellery is dedicated to providing a seamless shopping experience; however, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, and similar events, may result in delivery delays.
  • Trusted Carriers: We work with trusted carriers like Canada Post or FedEx to ensure secure delivery, and all orders will require a signature upon receipt. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to remote locations.
  • Restrictions: Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Moreover, special orders, engravings, and orders requiring merchandise transfers are not covered by our standard delivery guarantee.

DIAMANI Fine Jewellery cannot be responsible for returned merchandise if these procedures are not followed.
